Ju mer jag l\u00e4ser och h\u00f6r om mindfulness\/meditation desto viktigare k\u00e4nns det att f\u00e5 in \u00e4nnu en daglig rutin i mitt r\u00e4tt fullsp\u00e4ckade liv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/modernpsykologi.se\/2016\/01\/08\/i-hjarnan-pa-en-munk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Enligt artikeln <em>I hj\u00e4rnan p\u00e5 en munk,<\/em><\/a> som redog\u00f6r f\u00f6r forskning om hur meditation p\u00e5verkar oss, \u00e4r hj\u00e4rnan formbar. Det betyder att jag sj\u00e4lv kan ta ansvar f\u00f6r mitt v\u00e4lbefinnande. Meditation p\u00e5verkar hj\u00e4rnan till det b\u00e4ttre. En v\u00e4ldigt intressant artikel, l\u00e4s den!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">P\u00e5 kursschemat den h\u00e4r f\u00f6rsta veckan st\u00e5r daglig mindfulness i form av kroppsskanning. Det g\u00e5r s\u00e5 d\u00e4r&#8230; har i och f\u00f6r sig bara slarvat och inte hunnit med i f\u00f6rrg\u00e5r, annars har jag gjort det dagligen. Jag lyckas \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge inte h\u00e5lla mig fokuserad p\u00e5 guidningen utan dvalar in och d\u00e5 blir det ju avslappning ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mindfulness. Det kanske i och f\u00f6r sig \u00e4r v\u00e4lbeh\u00f6vligt det med&#8230; Men, med daglig tr\u00e4ning i \u00e5tta veckor som kursen h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 ska jag v\u00e4l s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom f\u00e5 in rutinen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6byEYdgIN90\" target=\"_blank\">Dagens kroppsskanning.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Det \u00e4r inte helt enkelt att f\u00e5 tid och rum att vara mindful i rucklet. Det \u00e4r tr\u00e5ngt i soffan. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen var jag i alla fall hyfsat med genom hela guidningen. Men jag har otroligt sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla tankarna i styr.
