Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen fr\u00e5n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyttbrod.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nytt br\u00f6d &#8211; baka gott utan gluten.\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Det h\u00e4r blev faktiskt utseendem\u00e4ssigt som baguette. Inte var det kanske smak- och konsistensm\u00e4ssigt som vanlig baguette men helt ok. Fick godk\u00e4nt av ton\u00e5ringen och inga klagom\u00e5l fr\u00e5n lilleman s\u00e5 det var f\u00f6rmodligen godk\u00e4nt \u00e4ven d\u00e4r.\u00a0Det enda som jag inte verkar kunna f\u00e5 till med det glutenfria bakandet \u00e4r att br\u00f6den inte blir riktigt genomgr\u00e4ddade. De \u00e4r alltid lite kletiga inuti \u00e4ven om ytan \u00e4r hur fin som helst. Nu har jag hittat en l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r det, det blir alltid en v\u00e4nda i br\u00f6drosten innan p\u00e5l\u00e4gget l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5. D\u00e5 blir det helt ok. Kanske generellt f\u00e5r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka minska p\u00e5 v\u00e4tskem\u00e4ngden fram\u00f6ver&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/haargaard.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_80471.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3068\" alt=\"IMG_8047[1]\" src=\"https:\/\/haargaard.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_80471-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/haargaard.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_80471-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/haargaard.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_80471-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Recept glutenfri baguette<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Blanda i en assistent:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">500 g vatten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">20 g j\u00e4st (tog ett halvt paket, ca 25 g)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">50 g majsmj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">100 g rismj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">150 g bovetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">0,5 dl pofiber (det skulle motsvara 10 g men jag v\u00e4gde den halva dl och det var 15 g)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">10 g fiberhusk<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">K\u00f6r assistenten i ungef\u00e4r 5 minuter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3066\" style=\"font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px;\" alt=\"IMG_8020[1]\" src=\"https:\/\/haargaard.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_80201-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/haargaard.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_80201-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/haargaard.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/IMG_80201-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">J\u00e4s i tv\u00e5 timmar (jag hade lite annat f\u00f6r mig s\u00e5 det fick\u00a0nog j\u00e4sa i fyra h idag). I receptet st\u00e5r under plast men jag k\u00f6rde med en handduk. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker minska p\u00e5 plastanv\u00e4ndandet&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">V\u00e4rm ugnen till 225 grader.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Stj\u00e4lp upp degen p\u00e5 bovetemj\u00f6lat bakbord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sm\u00f6rj h\u00e4nderna med rapsolja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dela degen i tv\u00e5 delar och forma dem till baguetter.
