I g\u00e5r kv\u00e4ll kom jag ih\u00e5g att separera \u00e4ggvitor och l\u00e4mna \u00f6ver natten i rumstemperatur s\u00e5 idag blev det bakat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Recept:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">125 g mandelmj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">225 g siktat florsocker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4 normalstora \u00e4ggvitor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">25 g socker jag anv\u00e4nde r\u00f6rsocker)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Separera \u00e4ggvitorna, l\u00e5t dem st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten i rumstemperatur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">H\u00e4ll i mandelmj\u00f6let i en bunke. Sikta i florsockret. Blanda v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna h\u00e5rt tills det g\u00e5r att v\u00e4nda bunken upp och ner. Blanda ner sockret f\u00f6rsiktigt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vik f\u00f6rsiktigt ner \u00e4ggsmeten i mj\u00f6lblandningen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Spritsa ut i storleksordning 2 cm stora h\u00f6gar. Ta <em>inte<\/em> den smalaste spritsen&#8230; det gick s\u00e5 d\u00e4r innan jag bytte till en lite st\u00f6rre. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">L\u00e5t kakorna st\u00e5 i minst en timme innan de gr\u00e4ddas. Mina stod i s\u00e4kert tv\u00e5 timmar men de sprack \u00e4nd\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Gr\u00e4dda i 10-12 minuter i 160 grader.
