De best\u00e4mde sig i alla fall f\u00f6r att v\u00e5ga sig hit. Nybakt br\u00f6d brukar vara popul\u00e4rt och jag hittade ett paket j\u00e4st i kylen, s\u00e5 det var bara att s\u00e4tta fart. K\u00f6rde en Kajsa Warg, man tager vad man haver. Lurar i ungarna lite fibrer genom att baka ljust br\u00f6d med lite annat \u00e4n bara vetemj\u00f6l i. Idag blev det mest siktat vetemj\u00f6l (8 dl) men blandade i lite speltsikt (3 dl), havregryn (1 dl) och fullkorn vetemj\u00f6l (1 dl).<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-Xeoz-ezO7qE\/USEcJno42tI\/AAAAAAAAaMs\/gECucE0UrDw\/s1600\/IMG_7514%5B1%5D.JPG\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" height=\"240\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-Xeoz-ezO7qE\/USEcJno42tI\/AAAAAAAAaMs\/gECucE0UrDw\/s320\/IMG_7514%5B1%5D.JPG\" width=\"320\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Annars gjorde jag som vanligt. L\u00f6ste upp 50 g j\u00e4st i lite av degv\u00e4tskan, 50 g sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r och 5 dl vatten fingervarmt. I med resten av degv\u00e4tskan, ca 1 tsk salt och s\u00e5 hysta i mj\u00f6let. K\u00f6r assistenten tills det ser bra ut. Tycker det \u00e4r den allra b\u00e4sta formen n\u00e4r de ska \u00e4tas. Det \u00e4r nog bland det godaste jag vet&#8230;<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-VyAWHKa1bVs\/USEczE3SxlI\/AAAAAAAAaNM\/AQ7rvpi-CjQ\/s1600\/IMG_7520%5B1%5D.JPG\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" height=\"240\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-VyAWHKa1bVs\/USEczE3SxlI\/AAAAAAAAaNM\/AQ7rvpi-CjQ\/s320\/IMG_7520%5B1%5D.JPG\" width=\"320\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>N\u00e4r ugnen \u00e4nd\u00e5 var varm sl\u00e4ngde jag ihop min standardsnabbis f\u00f6r fikabes\u00f6k, chokladmuffins. Sm\u00e4lt 50 g sm\u00f6r. Vispa l\u00e4nge 2 \u00e4gg\u00a0+ 2 dl socker. Sl\u00e4ng i 3 dl vetemj\u00f6l+2 tsk bakpulver+1 msk vaniljsocker. Blanda runt det torra med varandra innan det vispas ihop med smeten. I med 1 dl mj\u00f6lk och det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret. R\u00f6r ner 1 msk kakao. Vispa f\u00f6rsiktigt ihop och h\u00e4ll i muffinsformar. Smeten blir v\u00e4ldigt kompakt. Idag klickade jag ut smeten med en matsked. Funkade fint. In med dem i 225 grader i ungef\u00e4r 13 min. Elst\u00e4nglet \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng igen. Hugo har redan provat att det fungerar&#8230; ojojoj vad det var synd om honom. Nu \u00e4r det bara Buddha som beh\u00f6ver en elkyss ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 kanske det kan bli slut p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r h\u00e4stjagandet igen.<\/p>\n<p>Inte nog med det. Dessutom \u00e4r ytterd\u00f6rren till rucklet nu b\u00e4ttre isolerad.
