Hade inte h\u00f6rt talas om det f\u00f6rut. Eftersom jag \u00e4r lite s\u00e5ld p\u00e5 det d\u00e4r med de goda bakterierna f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt med kefirgryn, mj\u00f6lksyrade gr\u00f6nsaker och hemgjord yoghurt hoppade jag p\u00e5 bokashit\u00e5get. En fascinerande f\u00f6reteelse d\u00e4r jag tar k\u00f6ksavfallet, och varvar det med mikroorganismpreppat str\u00f6 i en hink med lock. N\u00e4r hinken \u00e4r full f\u00e5r det st\u00e5 och fermentera i den luftt\u00e4ta hinken i tv\u00e5 veckor.\u00a0 Efter de tv\u00e5 veckorna ser det fermenterade k\u00f6ksavfallet ut i stort sett som n\u00e4r locket st\u00e4ngdes igen tv\u00e5 veckor tidigare. Sen \u00e4r det dags att g\u00f6ra en jordfabrik. Det fermenterade k\u00f6ksavfallet blandas med lika mycket jord i en l\u00e5da. \u00d6ver l\u00e4ggs sedan ett lock med 5-10 cm jord. D\u00e4refter f\u00e5r det st\u00e5 i tv\u00e5 veckor. Efter tv\u00e5 veckor \u00e4r det i stort sett bara jord i fabriken. Det \u00e4r som trolleri!<\/p>\n<p>Som bonus tappas lakvattnet av fr\u00e5n hinken kontinuerligt och anv\u00e4nds som g\u00f6dningsmedel i blomvattnet.<\/p>\n<p>Nu slarvade jag f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen eller kanske snarare slarvade med att l\u00e4sa p\u00e5 ordentligt. Det tar ett tag att f\u00e5 till nya vanor. Hade inte blandat riktigt ordentligt med jord i jordfabriken. Det \u00e4r viktigt att avfallet har kontakt med jord f\u00f6r snabb nedbrytning. Kan ocks\u00e5 ha varit lite sn\u00e5l med det mikroorganismpreppade str\u00f6et. Men \u00c4ND\u00c5 var det i den ena jordfabriken i stort sett helt nedbrutet och n\u00e4stan i den andra. Ny jord av k\u00f6ksavfall p\u00e5 fyra veckor. Det \u00e4r\u00a0 som trolleri!<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6pte startkittet hos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bokashi.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bokashi.se<\/a>.
